With a lifetime of hands-on work in construction, mining, transport, and healthcare, Jo has worn many hats, including - first responder, truck driver, mine site supervisor, health and safety officer, and trainer.
Her extensive background informs every aspect of Williams Training Services, bringing practical knowledge, real-world insights, and a commitment to high-quality, industry-relevant training. Jo’s dedication to safety, skill development, and professional excellence ensures that every course is delivered with authenticity and care, helping participants gain confidence and competence in their work.
